	1. What is your current role at Lonza? I am currently working as a Lean SixSigma (6S) projects leader. My main working tasks are to identify and lead 6S projects as well as to introduce Lean SixSigma philosophy in across our site. I am also partly involved in a large customer project, where I am responsible for all three processes validations. 2. Why do you like working at Lonza? I appreciate that people in Lonza are dynamic and very enthusiastic. Therefore, I think the working environment is very stimulating. The corporate culture at Lonza is on an extraordinarily high level. I really appreciate people’s assignment and the innovative environment. 3. Which was your most amazing experience? Related to my current work, the most amazing experience is the fantastic working environment and overall mood compared to when I joined Lonza. In my private life it was definitely the birth of my son. 4. What do you like doing in your free time? I have two-year-old boy, so I am trying to spend as much time as possible with him and my wife. Nevertheless, I also love various sporting activities, especially mountain and road biking. It is one of Lonza’s perks that I can ride a bike to the work.
